Lesson plan for Vision book on Thomas More?

Hi, everyone -- I have a teacher's guide to the Vision books, but it only covers a tiny portion of the books and I really want to teach "St. Thomas More of London" to my 3rd-5th grade co-op class. Just wondering if anyone has a lesson plan on that one that they'd be willing to share, or know of a place I could find one before I re-invent the wheel!
